Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that the team meets customer expectations
•  Handle all customer feedback 
• Ensure all sales campaigns and activities are run according to company standards
• Ensure high quality product presentation together with Visual team Drive sales targets
• Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales
•  Perform sales follow-up and initiate actions to reach the sales target
•  Manage stock levels and take key decisions about stock control 
• Team Recruitment, training & development
•  Execute performance reviews and follow-ups 
•  Update the whole store team on business performance, new initiatives and other relevant issues
• Ensure employee and customer safety
